United States	5-12 business days
Rest of the world	7-20 business days

 

Handling:

We strive to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. All orders include tracking from dispatch to delivery.
Numi is in no way responsible for any customs or import charges, nor for delays, lost or damaged shipments, or orders sent to incorrect addresses. However, if you have a question about your order, contact us and we’ll assist as much as possible to trace missing parcels or investigate delayed packages.

Tracking your order:

Visit the "Track your order" page in the main menu, then enter the tracking number you received from us via email into the provided box for accurate tracking information.

Order Cancellation:

Please be aware, once an order is placed, we can't cancel the order, as it begins processing immediately, however, once your order arrives to you, you may reach out to our support team in order to start the return process. Once you return your order, we can process a refund!
