Refund policy

At Numi, we want you to enjoy your sleep as much as we do. If your order isn’t quite right whether it’s the fit, feel, or style, we’re here to help. You can return any product within 60 days of receiving your order.

Your rest is our priority, and we’ll do our best to make things right.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. Any signs of use, wear, or damage may result in the return being rejected.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at hey@numirest.com. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you an instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Fees Include

We do not offer prepaid return labels . You are responsible for purchasing your return label and sending the product back to us.

Order Cancellation

Please be aware, once an order is placed, we can't cancel the order, as it begins processing immediately, however, once your order arrives to you, you may reach out to our support team in order to start the return process. Once you return your order, we can process a refund!

Chargebacks and Returns Policy

To ensure a smooth and fair process for all customers, we kindly request that if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you first contact our support team to resolve any issues or initiate a return within the scope of our 60-night trial period.

Please note: If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication or attempts to resolve the issue directly with our support team, the option for a return or refund, including the 60-night trial, will no longer be applicable. By initiating a chargeback/dispute without contacting us, the refund and return process is considered invalidated.

We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and encourage you to reach out to us before escalating the matter further.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Refundable Charges

  • Shipping Fees: These are paid to the carrier for delivery attempts and are non-refundable, even if the item didn’t arrive.

  • Shipping Protection: This covers loss or damage during transit but does not refund the protection fee itself.

  • If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@numirest.com.
